Terms & Conditions

Our sale is subject to the following terms and conditions:
  1. All orders are subject to acceptance by My Couture Sdn. Bhd.
  2. One Bulk order Quantity has to be made in One Invoice As Per Below Quantity 
    NON BATIK / WOVEN FABRIC:
    - Order minimum 6 pieces of any mix design/available color - any sizes.

    HANDRAWING/CHANTING BATIK FABRIC:
    - Order minimum 4 pieces of specific design in same color & motif - any sizes.
  3. Default delay or defect in any one or more of the delivery (ies) or Item (s) shall be considered as a segregated default without giving the buyers right to cancel the whole order.
  4. The prices given herein are good for local delivery without packing only. Any request for packing, services intended for export or otherwise will be charged extra to buyer unless specified.
  5. Any duties levied by Government will be buyer’s account.
  6. For clothing / apparel Term 30% deposit on confirmation, 70% full payment when works completed to be paid upon notification of delivery.
  7. Deposit paid is not transferable or refundable.
  8. Terms of payment must be strictly adhered to My Couture Sdn. Bhd.
  9. The delivery time is subject to changes.
  10. Delivery must be taken not later than 2 months from date or order, after which date, buyer shall be able to pay storage charge of clothing / apparel at a fixed rate for a maximum period of months. On expiry of the later period, My Couture Sdn. Bhd. shall reserve the right to forfeit all deposit paid and cancel order.
  11. Any alteration of confirmed design requested by buyer will be charged extra to buyer.
  12. Buyers’ shall inspect goods upon delivery. Should there be any complaint, it must be known to My Couture Sdn. Bhd.within 2 days from date of delivery. Complaints received after stipulated date will not be entertained.
  13. Buyer’s shall bear additional cost incurred in dismantling, return of clothing/apparel etc. Involved due to difficult access to buyer’s premises.
  14. Clothing/apparel sold are not returnable.
  15. a) The sales of our items is on C.O.D basis, and the delivery date of the item will be in accordance with the date stipulated in the sales order signed by you.
    b) Upon our delivery of the first lot of item to you, Full payments should be made to us prior to the delivery. Immediate payment to be made of the balance due, including any additional delivery charges applicable prior to our execution or the delivery.
    c) Failing which the company reserves the right to withdraw delivery of the said clothing / apparel.
  16. Ways of delivering or collection:
    a) Collection can be made at showroom My Couture Sdn. Bhd. at Seksyen 23, Shah Alam.
    b) For delivery / courier service - will be charged into buyer’s bill.
  17. Ways of payment:
    a) Payment through Cheque - All cheques should be crossed and make payable to My Couture Sdn. Bhd. or,
    b) Account Transfer to My Couture Sdn. Bhd. (RHB: 26205400021034).
